Township of Illinois Scholarship Fund

Applications MUST be post marked by the US Post Office no later than March 1, 2007.

Six $2,000 scholarships and one $4,000 scholarship will be awarded. To be eligible, students must be in their final year of high school at an Illinois school, hold a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, plan to attend a two or four-year school in Illinois as a full-time undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree, must be a U.S. citizen and an Illinois resident and must submit a 500-word essay on township government that includes an interview with a township official.
