Washington Township Recycling and Electronics Recycling Center

Washington Township in cooperation with the Village of Beecher and Will County has opened a recycling center at the Washington Township Center located at 30200 Town Line Road, Beecher, Illinois.

 Paper & Plastic Recycling

Washington Township residents can now bring recyclable paper, cardboard, cans, plastic bottles, etc to the recycling bins on Tuesday and Thursdays between the hours of

9 AM – 3 PM and on the second Saturday of EACH month between the hours of 8 AM – 12 PM.

 Electronics Recycling

Washington Township residents can also bring virtually anything electronic to the recycling center on Tuesday and Thursdays between the hours of 9 AM – 3 PM and on the second Saturday of

EACH month between the hours of 8 AM – 12 PM. Anyone dropping off computers or hard drives are reminded to “clean” off all personal information and reformatting the disc is highly recommended.

Village Tech Recyclers from Plainfield, IL is the recycling service contractor and will clean all hard drives with Department of Defense approved software.
